This course describes the development of an "reflow-oven" to produce embedded circuits. The article is written in German and published through the wiki of our University  (HSHL).

Students of the 7th semester of the course
of study “Bachelor Mechatronic Engineering / focus on Global Production
Engineering” develop and make a production system from scratch, which handles,
sorts and assembles certain parts. This course describes the development of 5 modules which form the production system. All technical documents of this project are open
