A consortium of 7 EduNet members together with 7 Thai universities submitted in February 2019 a project proposal "Education & Training for Automation 4.0 in Thailand (ETAT)" in the ERASMUS+ program. The project proposal was successfully confirmed by the EU. From 01.01.2020 this project is working for three years with a project budget of approx. EUR 1 million. The project coordinator is our EduNet member Carinthia University of Applied Sciences in Austria.
The ETAT project aims to create exemplary Education & Training Centers in Automation 4.0 at selected East Economic Corridor universities in Thailand that are able to support as education hubs in the region for industry-related education and training for engineers and young specialists.
